My first project at Stride Treglown was Locking Parklands Phase 3; a 150 unit residential development of mixed houses and apartments on a challenging site.
My role on the project was as an architectural assistant. I focused on Revit/BIM modelling of the housetypes & site, project delivery, many of the internal housetype layouts and some elevational treatments of the houses and apartment buildings. The technological backing of the project was relatively complex and conducted entirely in Revit, with the thirty-two housetypes and associated files linked into three unifying central files.
The design approach was for a continuation of the contemporary, crisp aesthetic of the earlier phases, with green neighbourhood environments that maintained their link with the open, rural surroundings.
